The list of dual use goods and technologies is published on the web pages of the Wassenaar secretariat. The files are published in Microsoft Word 6.0 format. Until someone equipped with Microsoft or Word 6.0 comes by, I have filtered the Word files with a simple Perl script. It makes dirty but readable text-files. I have additionally deleted some control codes etc. by hand from the beginning and end of the files, and re-intended the text.

It is possible that some information, e.g. figures and formulae, are lost in the conversion process. I advice you to use the original documents, whenever possible. This said, please feel free to use these files as you see fit.
