Description

I was born in 1987 in Hebei Province, China. I received my Bachelor degree from Talent School (School of Advanced Engineering), Beihang University in 2009, China, majoring Automation. Then I came to Aalto University School of Science, Finland. Currently I am a 2nd year master student in MACADAMIA program focusing on Machine Learning and Data Mining. Also I am a research assistant in Environmental and Industrial Machine Learning group (EIML).
Local geometry and optimization theories are my favourite topics.

Research

Dimensionality reduction for regression, optimization theories, nonnegative matrix factorization, and applications of local linear model and ensemble techniques.
