The Finnish Artificial Intelligence Society (FAIS) will hold its 8th Biannual Conference on Artificial Intelligence - STeP'98 - on 7-9 September 1998 in Jyväskylä. STeP will provide a meeting place for researchers and developers from academia and industry to exchange ideas on the latest developments in artificial intelligence and related topics.

Submission of Papers:

The papers will be published in the Conference series of FAIS and will be available at the conference. Papers should be no longer than 10 pages and printed using at least 11p fonts in A4 format. They should be sent electronically, as a PostScript file to the email address:
