SUPPLEMENTARY TABLE 1:
Rankings of the LD-blocks with known causal variants. The first column shows the code of the causal SNP. Columns 2-11 show rankings from different methods of the causal LD-blocks relative to all 68,124 LD-blocks in total. The rankings are scaled linearly to the interval [0,1] such that the block with the largest score got rank 1 and the block with the lowest score got rank zero. The method "CCA-block(p-val)" refers to the same method as CCA-block, except that the (-log of) p-value obtained using Rao's F-approximation is used as the test score instead of the maximum canonical correlation. The last four columns show the rankings of the causal SNPs (if present in our data) relative to all 550,000 SNPs in the data set using SNP-wise methods to score the SNPs.

SUPPLEMENTARY TABLE 2:
Actual scores from different methods of the LD-blocks with causal variants. The table is interpreted similarly to Supplementary Table 1, except that instead of rankings, the scores are shown.
