About

Matthieu Molinier is a postgraduate student at the Applications of Machine Learning (AML) research group in the Department of Computer Science at the Aalto University School of Science, Espoo, Finland. He works as a research scientist in the Remote Sensing team at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd.

His research interests are optical satellite image processing, change detection, satellite image time series, machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, image and video processing. Applications of his research are related to forest and environment monitoring, motion detection and traffic monitoring.
