Student report:

Student who attended the summer school lecturers and would like to achieve 2 credit points from the summer school must return a written report to the summer school organizers (in electronic format via email: smmlcsb (at) cs.tut.fi). The report should contain two sections. In the first section (about/max. 2 pages) you need to summarize each topic (categorized based on lecturers, altogether 6 paragraphs: Florence d'Alché-Buc, Rich Bonneau, Neil Lawrence, Hiroshi Mamitsuka, Lodewyk Wessels, and Ole Winther). You should describe what lecture material you found most interesting and most useful and, in addition, you need to specify what you learned from each lecturer. In the second section, you should write a short summary (about/max. 2 pages) of lectures given by one of the invited lecturers. So, altogether your report should contain about 4 pages. You can write the report either in Finnish or in English.
