Main Research Publications Software Teaching Contact I am a Professor (pro term) in the Department of Information and Computer Science at Aalto University School of Science, Finland (formerly known as Helsinki University of Technology). I am also an affiliated group leader at Turku Center for Biotechnology, Turku University. Our research group is part of the Finnish Centre of Excellence in Molecular Systems Immunology and Physiology Research (SyMMyS), funded by Academy of Finland. We use computational techniques to model and understand molecular control mechanisms and biological networks as well as their role in health and disease.
