Dr. (Math.), Teaching Researcher
Brief CV
I am a Teaching Researcher in the Combinatorial Algorithms and Computation group led by Prof. Pekka Orponen.
Together with our Physics colleagues we are developing complex self-assemble nano-structures with potential application in electronic nano-engineering. Our experimental work is strengthen by a novel high-level design framework for self-assembling Carbon-Nanotube Field Effect Transistor circuits.
Also, I am involved in the development of computational models for complex biological systems such as signalling pathways, regulatory networks and molecular self-assembly. The approach comes from modelling with differential equations, with stochastic processes and creation of discrete models based on combinatorics, graph theory, automata, etc.
A list of my publications can be found here, or on the ICS Department's Publication page.
